I never could imagine myself ever having to write a poem out of GIFs. This was an interesting assignment to say the least. It really wasn’t as hard as I initially thought it would be, but it still took me a little while to come up with wanted I wanted to “write.” I chose to use a Haiku as my poetic form for this post. I organized it not by syllables, but the number of GIFs in each line: 5 in the first, 7 in the second, and 5 in the last. The message of this Haiku is pretty simple. It’s really just me introducing myself, stated that I’m writing a poem, and that football is my favorite sport. It’s nothing deep, but everything in poem is technically true. I created the last Gif of this Haiku using a short video off of Youtube.
