My free-verse poem is about my dog. We got her when I was very young and she quickly become part of our family and one of my favorite reasons to come home. Right before this school year started we had to make a tough decision, but we knew it was for best because she was in a lot of pain. Through my gifs I tried to convey the joys of getting a dog and growing up with one, and then the hardships of having to say goodbye. It was difficult to come up with some images because gifs are usually not serious and so it is somewhat hard to find ones for my topic.
